Ships from the USA after you approve
Nothing leaves the bench until QC is green-lit. Dispatch is from the United States with insured express — typically five to ten business days in transit after the label is created, not including weekends or customs holds outside the US.

What you need on the ship-to form
A complete street address, phone that reaches you on WhatsApp if possible, and a real name matching the door. Wrong phones delay carrier calls; incomplete addresses bounce parcels.
Tracking and the desk
When status moves to shipped you get tracking by mail. The desk answers typically within a few hours on Pacific business days if a carrier scan stalls.
