Returns, within 14 days

The watch must be unworn and exactly as delivered: tags, stickers and protective covers in place, boxes and papers included, proof of purchase attached. Once the piece passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges, within 30 days

Same conditions, more time: choose another reference and we settle the difference either way. Contact us first, ship tracked and insured, and keep the protective covers on — a removed cover ends the eligibility, no exceptions.
