Every watch is covered by a two-year comprehensive warranty against mechanical defects.

What is covered

Movement faults, module failures and assembly defects that appear in normal wear, for two full years from delivery. We repair first; where repair is not sensible, we replace.

What is not

Impact damage, water ingress past the stated resistance, unauthorised opening of the caseback, and ordinary cosmetic wear sit outside the warranty — as they would anywhere.

Making a claim

Message us with your order number, a short description and a video of the fault. A specialist confirms the diagnosis and arranges the repair route within one business day.
