The House
Quality control
Every watch is inspected twice and filmed once. You see your exact piece running before it leaves.
1 — Sourcing and first inspection
Pieces arrive from the atelier and are checked against the reference: case dimensions and finishing, dial print under magnification, bezel action, bracelet stamping, crown threads.
2 — Timing and function
Movements are wound, set and observed. Chronograph pushers, date changes, GMT hands and screw-down crowns are cycled; anything that hesitates goes back.
3 — The film
Your watch — the one that will be boxed, not a lookalike — is filmed under macro: dial, caseback, clasp, movement running. The film reaches you on WhatsApp or Telegram.
4 — Your approval
Only when you approve does the piece get sealed, double-boxed and handed to the courier. If anything bothers you on the film, we swap the piece or adjust it first. That is the whole point.
