There are none on this page yet, and we would rather say that than fill it.
We have traded since 2014 and the accounts of it live where they were written: in the order conversations themselves, and in the Telegram channel where buyers post their own photographs and cannot edit them afterwards. What we do not have yet is their permission to reprint those here, each matched to an order — and until we do, this page stays empty rather than borrowing somebody else's words.
If you want to hear from an owner before you buy, ask. We will put you in touch with someone who bought the reference you are looking at, or send you their photographs with their permission — which is a stronger thing than a paragraph on our own website in any case.
The standard
How reviews work here
Nothing is written here by us
Every account on this page arrived from somebody who had bought a watch. We do not write reviews, commission them, buy them, or ask a friend for one. There is no incentive attached: no discount, no gift, nothing for a good word.
Matched to an order, or marked as not
Before an account is published we look for it in our own records — an order reference, an invoice, the conversation the sale happened in. What we found is printed under each one. If we could not match it to an order, it says so, in the same size type as everything else.
Their words, their photographs, their permission
Accounts are printed as written, spelling and all; we do not tidy them into marketing. Photographs are the buyer's own, published only with permission, and stripped of the metadata a phone camera hides inside a picture — the time, the device and, on most phones, the street it was taken on.
Nothing is removed for being unkind
A poor account stays up. We may reply beneath it, and the reply is labelled as ours. Anyone who wrote to us can have their words taken down at any time by asking — that right does not expire.
