What is United Luxury?
A Los Angeles house, trading since 2014, for faithfully engineered 1:1 luxury watch tributes. Every piece is measured against the original reference, filmed for your approval, and covered by a two-year mechanical warranty.
Are these genuine watches?
No, and we never pretend otherwise. They are faithfully engineered 1:1 tributes, built and finished to behave like the reference. What is genuine is the craft, the QC and the terms.
Do you sell replicas or homage watches?
We sell high-grade 1:1 engineered tributes — often called superclone or premium-grade replicas in the trade. We name the grade honestly on each listing and never claim factory authenticity.
Swiss or Japanese movement — which should I choose?
Japanese calibres (Seiko/Miyota base) are dependable daily wearers at a friendlier price. Swiss clone calibres mirror the original's behaviour — sweep, feel, chronograph action — and carry the premium. Both are covered by the same warranty.
Will I see my exact watch before it ships?
Yes. Your piece is filmed under macro and sent for approval. Reply GL (green light) to ship, or RL (red light) if you want another piece or a fix. Nothing leaves until you are satisfied.
What does GL and RL mean?
GL = green light — approve the QC film and we pack. RL = red light — reject or request changes; we swap or adjust before shipping. Same language used across the hobby so there is no ambiguity.
How long does delivery take?
After GL: preparation 1–2 business days, then 5–10 by insured DHL, UPS or EMS with tracking, depending on destination and customs.
Is the packaging discreet?
Completely. Double-boxed with a plain outer; nothing on the parcel announces its contents.
What if it arrives and something is wrong?
Message us with photos or video. Unworn pieces return within 14 days or exchange within 30; mechanical faults are covered for two years.
Can you find a reference that is not on the site?
Often, yes. Send the reference number to the concierge; if the atelier can build it to our standard, we will quote it.
How do I pay?

The house is rooted in Los Angeles. We ship insured worldwide.

Do you publish fake reviews or star ratings?
No. Reviews publish only from consented buyer submissions, matched to orders when possible. Product schema includes star ratings only when real reviews exist for that exact piece.
Are you affiliated with Rolex or other luxury maisons?
