① Firstly, the outer ring is larger than the case, and the toothed ring has 120 slots, allowing for bidirectional rotation and a 60-minute countdown scale. All these features are designed to make it more convenient for underwater frogman units to perform missions. The case back is engraved with the Marine nationale (French Navy) logo, capital letters, and the year. The M+ movement uses a specific movement from the Citizen 8N-24 and the same thickness as the original large-sized 5602 movement, providing 54 hours of power.
② "Superb blue luminous effect, coated with a new high-performance X1 grade Swiss Super-LumiNova® luminous coating (the first time M+ has used this luminous material at such a high cost), ensuring clear readability and extremely long-lasting illumination in any environment. In the dark, the blue light elegantly showcases its navy blue dial and snowflake hands.
