The crown features a Triplock winding crown, a triple water resistance system developed by Rolex specifically for the Submariner model. The Triplock mechanism consists of 10 different parts; once configured, simply tightening it completely seals the Oyster case, providing robust protection comparable to a submarine hatch. The bracelet is made of gold-steel material, extremely durable, with a brushed metal design showcasing a strong metallic texture! The ergonomically designed lugs and strap blend perfectly, making it very comfortable to wear. The Glidelock buckle, patented by Rolex, allows divers to easily adjust the strap without tools, even while wearing a wetsuit. The robust toothed components beneath the buckle extend the strap by 2 millimeters per section, up to 20 millimeters.
