Description
Richard Mille has unleashed another powerful weapon to captivate you! This time, they've deployed a roaring bull. The Spanish Bull – the RM27-03 ultralight sports Tourbillon watch. The RM27-03 Tourbillon boasts a striking red and yellow color scheme that's instantly captivating: the red and yellow tones representing Nadal's homeland, Spain, and subtly hinting at the ongoing French Open on clay. Its imposing and unforgettable Tourbillon movement design features a powerful bull's head in the shape of a skeleton bridge above the central movement, with the mainspring barrel, mechanical gears, and Tourbillon escapement clearly visible below. The bull is a symbol of Spain and a symbol chosen by Nadal. Like the previous RM 27, RM 27-01, and RM 27-02, the entire movement is suspended at the center of the watch to mitigate the powerful impacts of movement. To achieve extreme seismic resistance, Richard Mille integrates cutting-edge materials science and precision machining technologies—using T quartz material to create a one-piece molded case and baseplate, employing grade 5 titanium metal for the bridges, and achieving astonishing precision in the manufacture of the tourbillon structure. The orange case and strap design is inspired by the Spanish flag, the crown is specially crafted in the shape of a tennis ball, the black-grey carbon T baseplate showcases layered carbon fiber cut patterns, and the movement skeleton bridge design is inspired by the image of a bull.
