Description
The new RICHARD MILLE "RM 21-02 Tourbillon Aerodyne" skeleton tourbillon watch features a case made from a variety of high-tech materials, and a skeleton movement baseplate crafted from a high-performance alloy. Its honeycomb-like hexagonal structure presents a unique mechanical geometric aesthetic.
This is one of RICHARD MILLE's most complex case construction to date—the bezels and case back are made of green Quartz TPT quartz fiber, the front and side pillars of the case are made of Carbon TPT carbon fiber, and the middle case is made of Grade 5 titanium alloy, showcasing a rich and futuristic feel.
The movement baseplate can be directly appreciated from the front of the dial. This alloy has the characteristics of high rigidity and strong oxidation resistance. The honeycomb skeleton structure is made by laser cutting process, which not only has a deep visual effect, but also provides stronger and lighter support.
The open dial features a skeleton hand with a luminous coating at the center, while the hour markers alternate between black and white. The bridges at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock resemble engine blades.
Equipped with an RM 21-01 manual winding movement, it boasts a beat rate of 28,800 vph and provides 52 hours of power reserve. The movement bridge is also crafted from titanium alloy, featuring decorative details such as a black PVD coating, sandblasting, polishing, and chamfering.
Sapphire crystal lens with scratch resistance, blue light coating, and double-sided anti-glare treatment. Fluororubber and titanium metal strap. Resistant to yellowing and deformation, ensuring a long-lasting, comfortable grip. Also comes with a stylish and breathable canvas strap for your convenience.
