Description
Factory once again amazes the watch industry, officially launching a new milestone for the RM35-02!
1) The watch is made of high-tech TPT (quartz fiber) material. It consists of silica fiber layers measuring 49.94*44.5mm and with a thickness not exceeding 45μm. These layers are interwoven with specially formulated resin fibers using a special automated control system, with the fibers interlacing at a 45-degree angle. After being heated to 120 degrees Celsius in a three-stage high-temperature furnace, it is then sent to ProArt for further processing and shaping. Natural quartz fiber is white, lightweight, and possesses excellent impact resistance, hypoallergenic properties, and UV resistance.
2) Movement: Featuring the newly developed Calibre RMAL1 integrated movement, the movement baseplate and bridges are made of grade 5 titanium alloy using a sandblasting process and undergo PVD/Titaly treatment to ensure maximum rigidity and a smooth surface. The uniquely designed variable geometry balance wheel allows for acceleration or deceleration of winding by adjusting the positions of six different winglets. The inertial balance wheel oscillates at 28,800 VPH and is equipped with a dual mainspring box system to ensure greater and more stable torque. It also provides a 55-hour power reserve.
More importantly❗ZF factory's newly released RMAL1 integrated movement is the only one on the market to use genuine white gemstones on both the top and bottom of the balance wheel on a one-piece base – truly authentic! This is also the biggest difference between it and the patch gemstones used by other factories on the market! This represents a huge leap forward in ZF's research and development!
