Description
Turning the pages of time, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso One Duetto double-sided reversible collection watch features a white dial (reference: REF.3288560) and a red dial (reference: REF.3288420). This imported German 316 upgraded version stainless steel watch boasts a delicate and slender design, hand-brushed finish, and 26 VS-grade genuine diamonds set using the British jewelry setting method. It fits snugly on a delicate wrist, showcasing timeless craftsmanship. The legendary history behind the reversible case stems from a challenge—creating a watch for British officers stationed in India that could withstand the impact of intense polo matches. Its case back can be cleverly flipped to the front, protecting the dial from accidental impacts from polo mallets. Born in 1931, the Reverso collection watch draws inspiration from the minimalist lines of Art Deco, featuring a classic three-fold bezel around the dial—a design that remains in use today. The flip-case technology ensures that each component is meticulously crafted using German CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tools, with each case taking up to 8 hours to complete, in addition to engraving, gem setting, or enamel painting. The strap is made of alligator leather imported from Mihe, approved by China's wildlife management authorities, and is certified by CNWM, demonstrating the stringent control required at every stage. The dial face features a burgundy guilloché lacquer finish, and the back dial is based on the Duetto and Duoface dual-time zone design concepts, showcasing the exquisite watchmaking skills of the master craftsmen at the workshop.
