Core technology sharing:
① Genuine Tier 5 titanium material is significantly harder than ordinary titanium; its cost is extremely high. However, the polishing and CNC machining result in more refined details; the lines are smooth without any hidden teeth, and the micro-sealing of the four lugs' bevels is even more subtle, meticulous, and perfectly standardized.
② The dial face is the most difficult component to replicate. Most traditionally printed luminous hour markers, under UV light, either have indistinct edges or completely distorted triangles. To truly replicate the original, the same luminous toner must be used, and the colors adjusted using a state-of-the-art automatic color mixing machine. The printing process involves nine repeated printings; the first print is allowed to dry naturally for a day before the second print is made. This process is patiently repeated nine times until the 12 o'clock triangle is 100% identical to the original. Whether under natural light or UV light, the minute and hour hands are perfectly synchronized with the dial face color. Whether the luminous printing quality of the hour markers perfectly replicates the original can be clearly seen under UV light; whether it's a defective product or a high-quality one is immediately apparent!
③ After processing, the five-level titanium case and case back are sprayed with diamond sandblasting. In order to achieve 100% sameness as the original, experiments were conducted repeatedly with diamond sand of different coarseness. Only after the color and texture of the case are completely consistent with the original are mass-produced sprayed.
