The movement inside This reference is built with either calibre. The choice changes the price, the rate and the reserve — nothing else about the watch.
| Base | Seiko NH35 or Miyota 8215, automatic | Swiss clone of the maison's own calibre |

| Rate | ±15 to 25 seconds a day | ±5 to 10 seconds a day |
| Reserve | About 40 hours | 55 to 70 hours |

The Swiss movement is $50 more. That figure buys the rate, the reserve and a movement that reads correctly through a glass back — not a different watch.
Which we would take. If it is to be worn every day and serviced down the road from you, the Japanese is the honest answer. If it has to survive a loupe against the reference — or the caseback is glass and the movement is meant to be seen — take the Swiss.

Description
THB AP Audemars Piguet skeleton Frost Gold New Custom Exclusive Integrated Movement
The 15416 features a full ceramic design that will never fade and is extremely wear-resistant. The strap case is made entirely of high-strength ceramic, with materials identical to the original. The most eye-catching feature is undoubtedly the balance wheel and balance bridge at the eight o'clock position. The THB brand-new custom-made genuine balance wheel has a dazzling golden effect that never gets old. When the balance wheel rotates, the orderly operation of each gear reveals its mechanical beauty. A closer look at the fine polishing of each gear bridge reveals the unique craftsmanship of high-end watchmaking, which is truly captivating.
The Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak design was overseen by master architect Gerald Genta. Besides its one-piece strap feature, comfort is a key factor, necessitating strict control over case thickness. The one-piece case, secured with eight hexagonal screws, effectively reduces back thickness, keeping the three-hand design at 10.1mm – an excellent figure for a see-through case.
1. Case: A completely redesigned, one-piece ceramic case that will never fade, eliminating the metal inner liner for a more premium feel. 2. Sockets: Five sockets on the side, featuring the same hexagonal design as the original, complementing the octagonal shape of the case, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. 3. Crown: A one-piece ceramic crown with deepened logo engraving for a truly fade-resistant finish. 4. Case Back: Newly upgraded CNC 3D engraving, matching the original's stringent craftsmanship for more three-dimensional engraving and deeper coding, significantly enhancing the overall quality. 5. Bezel Edge: Using imported diamond abrasive and a continuous polishing and brushing process, the bezel edge is more refined, improving the overall texture. 6. Clasp: The ceramic clasp logo has been redesigned with a 3D engraving for a deeper and more premium feel. 7. Screws: Made of 316L stainless steel, fully polished with a deepened thread design to prevent screws from falling out.
